The Perfect Taco
Each time I travel to Mexico, I joke that I am in search of the "perfect taco." In reality my search continues and probably will the rest of my life. For a "purist" who believes that the only good "tacos al pastor" are found in Mexico City it is unbelievable that there are good tacos that exist outside of the City. I will have to admit I have been one of those purists. However, I have been converted. I have found great "tacos al pastor" in Cuernavaca at a place called "La Gringa." There are three locations in Cuernavaca and I visited two of them yesterday. I enjoyed great tacos both times. I am just trying to get all "stocked" up before I have to return to the land of hamburgers.
